A 40-acre woodland garden featuring spectacular evergreen azaleas, rhododendrons, magnolias and camellias that peak in late April and early May. Multiple ponds and streams wind through diverse plant collections including rare exotics and native species, creating habitats for birds, butterflies and moths. Well-maintained paths connect themed gardens, with log-marked trails of varying lengths through the fenced woodland.

Peak bloom is late April to early May when azaleas create vivid displays. The Broomfield Hill car park entrance is approximately 400m walk; the Peg's Pond car park suits disabled visitors. A seasonal mini bus service (Wednesday mornings) provides free access from Richmond Park main car parks, particularly useful if visiting from Richmond town centre.
