Hertenkamp Kralingse Bos
A free outdoor deer enclosure housing about 25 fallow deer and peacocks, cared for by foresters within the 200-hectare Kralingse Bos park. Children can watch curious deer up close, particularly baby fawns in spring. Broader area includes a playground, paddling pool, children's farm De Kraal, plus panoramic views of the Rotterdam skyline from lakeside areas.

The Hertenkamp is at the east side of Kralingse Bos; light rail line 7 (Voorschoterlaan stop, 4 min walk) is the most direct public transport option. Spring (May-June) is ideal for seeing newborn fawns. Public toilets available in nearby parking area.
