Mudchute Park and Farm
One of Europe's largest city farms with over 100 animals including rare-breed sheep, cows, goats, llamas, chickens and ducks spread across 32 acres. Visitors can get up close with animals through supervised feeding and petting, plus explore woodland trails, open grassland and historical WWII anti-aircraft gun sites. The on-site Mudchute Kitchen café serves hearty breakfasts and lunch while children enjoy picnic areas and fresh air.
Visit during daily animal feeding times at 9am or 3pm for the most interactive experience. Take the DLR to Mudchute station for easy access—no parking on-site. Some natural paths become muddy after rain, so wear appropriate footwear.
