Modern public library housed in a beautifully converted 1930s school building called Plein 1, part of a multi-functional community center. Offers extensive children's collections including youth books and DVDs, plus regular family programmes like Peuterbieb (story, singing and dance for toddlers) and Babybieb (shared reading sessions with babies). Located right on Julianaplein square, the library features free WiFi, a reading café with café seating, and accessibility for wheelchairs.
