Restaurant Pof

Urban farm-to-table restaurant with kids menu, playroom, and adjacent nature playground where kids can explore. Dishes are prepared using 'poffing' – a traditional high-heat cooking process – with mostly vegetarian, vegan and some meat options made from locally grown ingredients sourced from the adjacent NoordOogst agricultural project. Large terrace overlooks vineyards, and the on-site brewery produces beer served at the restaurant.
