A culinary school for children in an old greenhouse (Kas Keerweer) where kids learn real cooking techniques. Classes use herbs and vegetables from the school's own garden, with guest chefs, wild foragers, and culinary historians. Children prepare seasonal dishes from different cuisines, take recipes home, and cooked meals go home as dinner.
