Babs' parents think piglet Knor needs to go to puppy class to learn manners. The colorful grandpa with his banjo and big mustache turns out to have a secret agenda. With a sausage-eating contest on the horizon, the question is whether Knor is really safe with him.

Knor, based on the book by Tosca Menten, is the first feature-length Dutch stop-motion film. Lively, endearing, amusing, and exciting for young viewers, with plenty of winks for their parents. The poop Knor often produces in abundance is a delightful slapstick effect. Rebellious traits reveal that Halberstad is a fan of Roald Dahl. The characters and family dramas are highly relatable, partly due to the care taken with the voices. Although Halberstad did not intend to turn it into a vegan pamphlet, it will certainly make children think. Filmed in the Holy Motion studio, founded by Halberstad and producer Marleen Slot.
