Nancy and Rudo are neighbors. A large hedge stands between their gardens, which is in dire need of pruning. But who actually owns the hedge? Who decides what can be done with it? Will it be a sleek trim or topiary? It is the start of a neighborly dispute. How will this end?

And what does the hedge itself actually think about it?

HEG is a comedic show about boundaries. Between one thing and another. Between you and me. And between man and nature. With live songs and youthful dashes of punk for everyone aged 6 and up!

HEG was conceived and written by Eva Gouda, who previously wrote the text for the Filiaal productions RAAR, POPpulisme, and DIEP. Last year, Eva won the 2024 Translation Prize for the play text POPpulisme.
