Architecturally inspired by the Rijksmuseum and Amsterdam School, with 24-hour access and nearby cafes for post-session hangouts. Positioned between a small playground and sports field, making the area suitable for a wide age range.
A legendary concrete bowl dedicated to skateboarding and BMX riding, set in a neighborhood park on the western edge of the Jordaan district. The 1.9–2.1 meter deep bowl features smooth concrete, metal coping, and mellow transitions accessible to riders of varying skill levels. Also includes a children's playground with a slide and basketball court within the park.
Indoor skatepark built by and for skateboarders with a relaxed community culture. Features ramps, hosting open sessions plus roller-skates, inline skates and BMX on designated days. On-site dining includes Bar KRAP and Matto's pizza oven. Skateboard School Amsterdam offers lessons for all skateboarders age 6 and up.
A reimagined urban playground combining climbing towers, slides, swings and a hammock forest on a large undulating surface. Features adjacent sports fields including a sunken skate-friendly soccer pitch and a multipurpose field that transforms into an ice rink in winter and splash pad in summer. The site includes a youth centre, cafe, and hosts weekly children's sports programming. Toilet available at cafe during opening hours.
