Painting Workshop: Almond Blossom

The children will first take a look at some paintings in the museum galleries. Then they get to paint like artists in a real studio.

Imagine this: it’s a beautiful day and you’re lying in the grass beneath a blossoming tree. You look up at the branches full of flowers and the blue sky above… You can experience that same feeling in the museum!

Vincent van Gogh will help you get started. He loved blossoming trees and painted them beautifully. First, we'll look at his art together, then you'll get to work in the studio and paint your own blossoms. A creative workshop full of colour and inspiration!
